Returns

• You may request a return within 7 days of delivery
• The item must be:
  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition as received

Non-Returnable Items

• Personal care products (haircare, skincare) once opened
• Used gym accessories
• Items damaged due to misuse

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you
• If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be credited to your original payment method

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with proof (photos/video).
